Installation
The installation of iMARC is simple and fast. The IP - address of the groupware server (MS Exchange, Lotus Notes + others) will be routed through the iMARC server. Simple configuration is undertaken and the system will be up and running in less than 3 days. mandalax offers installation support directly or through partners.

Hosting/Operation
iMARC fully automates the archiving of emails.
Minimal administration is required. iMARC is the ideal product for hosting by SW hosting companies. For the user it is much safer to place the email archiving system in a different location than the email server. iMARC will also reduce the backup effort for the groupware servers significantly.

Maintenance
mandalax offers maintenance to adopt the SW to new versions of operating systems, databases and other requirements.
